DayFi Terms of Use – Early Access

2.1 Program Nature

You understand that you are participating in an Early Access Program for DayFi, which means the App is still in development. The App may contain bugs, errors, or other issues that could affect its functionality or security.

2.2 Feedback

As an early access user, we encourage you to provide feedback about the App. Any feedback you provide may be used by us to improve the App without any obligation to compensate you.

2.3 Updates and Changes

The App may be updated frequently during the Early Access period. Features may be added, modified, or removed without prior notice. We do not guarantee that any specific feature available during Early Access will be included in the final release.

2.4 Duration

The Early Access Program is temporary. We may terminate the program at any time without prior notice.

3.1 Account Creation

To use the App, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4.1 Plaid Services

Our App uses Plaid Technologies, Inc. ("Plaid") to connect your bank accounts. By using our App, you authorize DayFi and Plaid to access financial information from your designated financial institutions.

4.2 Plaid Terms

Your use of Plaid's services is subject to Plaid's Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, which can be found at https://plaid.com/legal.

4.3 Authorization

• Request and retrieve your financial account information from your financial institutions
• Store your financial account information on our servers
• Use your financial account information to provide the App's services

4.4 Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your financial data. However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee that information about you will not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.
